An annual investment of 150million yuan for the promotion of new varieties, new technologies and new equipment has been invested in key fields such as new vegetable variety breeding, pest control, transformation of scientific research achievements, and soil treatment, forming five key technology R & D achievements.

The second is to tackle difficult germplasm chips. Give play to the "chip driven" role of the seed industry, start the vegetable seed industry innovation center project in southern China, and build the starting area of Pengzhou vegetable seed industry park with high standards; Seven vegetable factory seedling raising centers have been built, with an annual seedling raising capacity of 250million plants, and more than 10 new varieties are promoted annually.

Third, promote green technology. It has cultivated 2377 agricultural professional technicians, popularized and applied scientific research achievements, established 2 demonstration bases, 25000 mu of vegetable green prevention and control demonstration bases, 1000 mu of new variety demonstration areas, cultivated 963 science and technology demonstration households, and promoted 22 new technologies in total. The planting rate of improved varieties of main crops reached 100%, and the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology reached 65%.
