Chan hua: Formed by two parts,one is the Cicada pupa,the other is Cordyceps sobolifera(Hill.)Berk et Br,and the cordyceps grow on cicada pupa,brown color,most part of the cicasa covered grey mycelium,2-4 stroma come out from the head of cicada pupa,lenghth 2-6cm.Smells like mushroom,light weight.

Collect in bamboo forest,Yun nan,Si chuan,Guang dong province China.

Processing: Collect in spring when the stroma start to come out from the cicada,pick it up,clean,dried it under hot sunshine.
