2, Planting method of Perilla

Families do not need to plant perilla in a small area every year. Although perilla is annual and needs to be planted every year, it will bear a large number of seeds in autumn, and the seeds will fall to the ground. After the spring rain next year, it will germinate and grow perilla.

The cultivation of Perilla in production still needs to be well managed. When the ground temperature is stable above 10 ℃, it can be sown. 1. Sowing: first prepare the ground to make a seedbed, apply sufficient base fertilizer, create sufficient soil moisture, turn over the ground and make a flat border. The germination rate of perilla seeds is not very high, so soak seeds for 12-24 hours before sowing, and then sow after soaking seeds. For sowing in Huagou, the row spacing is 10-15cm. 2. Post transplant management: perilla plants are relatively large, the plant row spacing is 40cm * 50cm during colonization, and sufficient colonization water is poured after colonization.
